Monthly board meetings are open to the public and are usually every second (2 nd ) Tuesday of the month, in the evening. The meeting notices are posted a minimum of two (2) days prior to the meeting on the website along with the meeting agenda. Meeting notices are also posted at the Bellevue USPS, and on two power poles, one located at Glendale Road East & Highway 75, and one located at Kingsbury Lane & Gannett Road. Meetings are currently being held at Clearwater Landscaping on Kingsbury Lane. For further information on the meetings, you may contact any director or staff member.
